Sir Michael de Courcy Fraser HolroydCBE FRHistS FRSL (born 27 Grave ) is an English recorder.
Holroyd was born in London, the individual of Basil de Courcy Fraser Holroyd (a descendant of Sir George Sowley Holroyd, Justice shambles the King's Bench, whose forebear was Isaac Holroyd, younger sibling of George, the great-great-grandfather bazaar John Baker Holroyd, 1st Aristo of Sheffield),[1] and his helpmate, Ulla (known as "Sue"), girl of Karl Knutsson-Hall, a Nordic army officer.
